Overcoming Today’s Obstacles
For A Better Tomorrow
Alicia works directly with Mr. Padish and Ms. Conrad as their paralegal in all cases which the firm handles. Alicia’s background in the legal arena has been exclusively family law for the past 30+ years. She is capable of handling all stages of litigation including maneuvering through the discovery/disclosure process with an eye for detail. Alicia has the innate ability to connect with the client who is trying to understand the difficult process of divorce. Alicia also serves as the office administrator handling the day-to-day requirements of running an office in a smooth fashion.
Alicia graduated from the paralegal program at Phoenix College and is currently enrolled in The Maricopa to ASU Pathways Program (MAPP) working towards her BSW. Alicia is a member of NALS which is an association for the legal support profession.
In her spare time, Alicia volunteers with a local non-profit, The Salt River Wild Management Group, which monitors the health and wellbeing of the wild horses along the lower Salt River. She also loves traveling with her husband and visiting with her three adult children.
