Overcoming Today’s Obstacles
For A Better Tomorrow

Erica Padish Conrad

Erica Padish Conrad is well-versed in many areas of law, including family law matters and both civil and criminal litigation. Erica graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 2010. During law school, Erica worked for one of Chicago’s most prominent domestic relations law firms.  Following graduation from law school, Erica worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court of Cook County. She clerked for judges in both the Chancery and Law Division where she drafted written orders on contested motions and managed mass tort case portfolios. Erica was then Assistant General Counsel to the Sheriff of Cook County, where she served on the internal review board of excessive force cases. She was the primary legal point of contact for matters in which Cook County inmates represented themselves and ensured the Cook County jail was in compliance with all civil rights requirements for these inmates. She later served as in- house counsel at Benedictine University, focusing on Title IX compliance.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young son, running and enjoying new food experiences. She was excited to join Padish Law Group, PLLC as an attorney with her father, James Padish, and is passionate about helping clients through difficult and overwhelming seasons of life.
